Subscription Conditions

1. Choose your creator plan

The introductory trial requires selecting the monthly plan and completing Whop checkout. Registering alone does not activate a trial. One introductory trial is available per NexoraReads account, subject to Whop eligibility. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Review checkout pricing, currency and any applicable taxes before confirming.

NexoraReads does not add setup, publication or premium placement fees. Ebook purchases are separate. You can browse your permitted workspace without a subscription; creating, publishing and other creator actions require active paid access, a verified trial or an administrator’s time-limited grant. Account security, billing and support remain available.

When access expires, creator actions are locked; your published material is not automatically deleted. A manual access grant expires on the date shown in your panel, creates no payment and does not cancel any existing Whop subscription.

2. What is separate from the subscription

Ebook purchases are separate transactions at the price shown for each product. Any independently charged third-party processing, conversion or payout costs must be disclosed by the relevant provider before you agree to them. They are not extra subscription charges imposed by NexoraReads. Review the full checkout amount and currency before confirming.

3. Equal rights for creators

All creators are subject to the same participation rules and subscription ceiling. No creator receives paid priority or preferential treatment in default random discovery. Accounts may have different permissions for administration, security or moderation; these responsibilities do not buy preferential listing positions.

Default listings use random ordering. Filters and available visitor-selected sorts can change the results. Random placement gives no promise of equal impressions, a particular ranking, guaranteed income or a minimum number of sales.

4. Consent, renewal & cancellation

Before any subscription is activated, checkout must clearly show the charge, billing interval, whether it renews automatically, the next charge date and how to cancel. No recurring payment is authorised without your explicit agreement.

For an active recurring subscription, open Subscribe in your NexoraReads panel and choose Cancel subscription, or use your Whop billing management page. The panel asks for optional feedback and a final cancellation confirmation. You may skip the feedback questions. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-paid access normally continues to the end of that billing period unless a refund or applicable law requires otherwise. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

After a confirmed cancellation, eligible accounts may accept one free extension of 30 days, once per NexoraReads account. The extension adds time after your current access period, creates no payment and does not restart automatic renewal. Accepting or declining it does not change your cancellation. You can share improvement suggestions through Requests.

5. Transparent payments

Payments use a third-party payment provider. Review its checkout terms and keep your confirmation or receipt. Any billing errors, duplicate charges or failed payments should be raised through the provider’s support route or our Privacy Policy contact. We will not describe a payment as successful solely because a checkout was opened.

A future change to billing terms must be communicated before it takes effect and cannot authorise a new charge without any consent required by law.

6. Private account & customer data

Personal account, security and customer data are handled according to the Privacy Policy and access permissions. Payment partners process personal data necessary for checkout under their own privacy notices. Publicly published work is visible to visitors; private records are not made public simply because you subscribe.

Creators must protect customer information and use it only for legitimate fulfilment, support and applicable legal obligations. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Responsible publishing

The Terms & Conditions apply to every creator. Label mature content appropriately, respect copyright and avoid bullying, harassment and prohibited content. Paying a subscription does not exempt content from these standards or guarantee publication.
