1. Using NexoraReads
These terms cover browsing, creator accounts, published blog posts and stories, and ebooks offered through NexoraReads. Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. The Privacy Policy explains data handling; Subscription Conditions explain creator subscription pricing.
Creators offering products must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into contracts. Keep your account credentials and authenticator secure. Do not impersonate anyone or share access to another person’s account.
2. Content standards & mature themes
Content with mature themes intended for adults must be clearly labelled 18+ and placed in an appropriate category before publication. Include relevant content warnings in the description. An 18+ label does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable and is not proof that a visitor’s age has been verified.
Bullying, targeted harassment, threats, hateful abuse, discriminatory attacks, doxxing and encouragement of violence are prohibited. Honest criticism and fictional discussion of difficult topics must still respect these rules. Illegal content, sexual exploitation, content sexualising minors, fraud and material that violates another person’s privacy are prohibited.
3. Your work & your responsibilities
You retain ownership of your original work. Upload only content, images and ebooks you own or have permission to publish and sell. You give NexoraReads the non-exclusive permission necessary to host, display and deliver that content while it is offered on the service, and to fulfil existing purchases or legal obligations after removal.
Creators are responsible for accurate titles, descriptions, categories, prices and any claims in their work. Do not publish misleading listings, copied work without permission or malicious files. Buyers receive the usage rights stated in the listing; buying an ebook does not transfer copyright or grant resale rights unless expressly stated.
4. Purchases & third-party checkout
Checkout is provided through Whop and its payment partners. Check the seller, product, total price, currency, taxes and applicable purchase terms at checkout before paying. NexoraReads uses payment confirmation to arrange access to the purchased ebook. Keep private download links secure.
Both NexoraReads and payment providers process personal information needed for their respective services. We may receive buyer email addresses, order details, payment status and transaction references. Payment providers process payment and identity information under their own policies; it would be incorrect to say that no personal data is collected. See Whop’s Privacy Policy.
5. Refunds & consumer rights
If delivery fails or a product is faulty or materially misdescribed, use the purchase support channel shown at checkout or the contact route in our Privacy Policy. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms or a creator’s listing.
Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period, it remains available unless a lawful exception applies. For immediate digital delivery, loss of a withdrawal right may require your express prior consent and acknowledgment at checkout. Merely visiting this page or purchasing an ebook does not itself supply that consent.
6. Fair participation & discovery
The same platform rules and creator subscription price ceiling apply to all creators. We do not offer paid priority in our default random listing order. Public discovery uses random ordering; visitors can also use available category filters or sorting controls.
Random ordering does not guarantee equal views, sales or a first-place position. Content availability, relevance to selected filters and visitor choices affect what appears. Equal treatment does not exempt anyone from moderation or eligibility requirements.
7. Privacy & confidentiality
Account details, authentication information and customer records are not public listings. Public posts, product descriptions and information you intentionally publish are visible to visitors. We restrict account and customer records according to access permissions, while authorised administrators and service providers may access information needed to operate the service.
Creators must keep buyer information confidential and use it only for legitimate order fulfilment, support and legal obligations. Do not sell it or add buyers to marketing lists without a lawful basis. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality. Our Privacy Policy describes the data, purposes, retention and available rights.
8. Moderation & service availability
We may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these terms, infringe rights or create security risks. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a request for review through the contact route in our Privacy Policy. Urgent safety or legal issues may require immediate action.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, search-engine indexing or sales. Keep your own copies of your work. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes & questions
We will date updates to these terms and communicate material changes as appropriate. Changes do not retrospectively remove existing purchase rights. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country remain in effect.
